Welcome to my personal site and blog. This space is used to share thoughts, reflections and musings on the social media space, community building, WordPress, politics, digital culture and life in general. It also helps to serve as a launchpad for various projects that I’m involved in.

My thoughts and opinions may change and evolve with time. I try to be correct with facts and figures that I speak about and do research them before publishing to the best of my ability. Comments on the site are the opinions of their respective authors and their views do not necessarily correspond to my own. I reserve the right to edit comments (while preserving the intent of the message), moderate them or remove them from the site at any time. First-time commenters will be held for moderation, as will comments containing fowl or offensive language or deemed by software to be spam. Politics
My heart lies in Kingston, Ontario and I truly prefer the party-free world of municipal-level politics. When party lines are drawn, my beliefs tend to be towards the left, aligning more often than not with the NDP. I am a member in good standing with the party, a regular volunteer with campaigns and a former Member at Large with the local riding association.
I regularly report and comment on political activity in Kingston, Ontario. Periodically, I may form a working relationship with a member of council, the office of the Mayor, the staff of City Hall or the Corporation of the City of Kingston as an independent contractor. Reports on this site relating to any such activity will be disclosed in the related post.

This site is free of paid, direct advertising with the reservation that this policy may change in the future.
